We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our team as a project manager..

This role is essential to the business and involves being the main contact point for our key clients and managing the projects that they have.

To be successful in this role the person will need to be highly organised and good at building relationships. They will need to have a good knowledge of signage products and how projects are implemented as well as a working knowledge of production. They will also need to have good commercial awareness.

The role will involve looking after several high profile customers and working with all parts of the business to help deliver projects for our key clients and ensuring that important projects are delivered to time, budget and quality.

We are looking for a candidate who wants a career and who is passionate about what they do, we believe it’s important that this person has a good sense of humour and is hard-working. There will be an opportunity for career advancement at a later date for the right person.

Full Job Description

Job Title:

Project Manager

Salary:

£20k-£27k p/a (dependent on experience)

Main purpose and scope of this job:

This role is essential to the business and involves being the main contact point for our key clients and managing the projects that they have.

To be successful in this role the person will need to be highly organised and good at building relationships. They will need to have a good knowledge of signage products and how projects are implemented as well as a working knowledge of production. They will also need to have good commercial awareness.

This person needs to be a motivated individual who can use their initiative in order to get projects completed and keep the clients happy.

Responsibilities include (but are not exclusive to):

  • Working with the project co-ordinators to ensure that all production documents (Job Sheets, Fitters dockets, etc) and permits are produced in a timely manner in order to be manufactured and installed without any issues
  • Production of estimates using cost sheets in order to provide clients with quotations
  • Work with the artwork department to process orders into production drawings for approval by clients and production files for manufacture, all done in a timely manner
  • Work with project co-ordinators to ensure installations and deliveries are completed in a timely manner
  • Develop client accounts so that Graffiti Design has a strong relationship with the client base and they are happy with the service we provide and sales targets are met for clients respectively
  • Working with project co-ordinators to ensure that suppliers provide all the necessary materials, equipment, etc for projects in a timely manner
  • Ensure that all invoicing is completed in a timely manner and sales and quotes are recorded through the correct process and on the correct documents in the correct way
  • Attend meetings with existing and potential customers as required around the country but mainly in the south east, also conducting site surveys where required.
  • Ensure that standards are met such as quality of signage, budget and timescales in order to keep clients happy and the business profitable
