Are these Green Shoots?

The sign industry is often the first to go into recession but often the first to come out. Sign companies across the country have been struggling due to their reliance on the retail and construction industries which have been badly affected by the recession. But there seems to be a feeling of optimism amongst sign companies that the worst is over and there has been a definite increase in activity at Graffiti Design throughout November 2009.
